7.1 Due to the nature of unique artworks, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
7.2 If a refund is granted, the customer must return the artwork in its original condition and packaging.
7.3 Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-14 business days.
